Path & Way CEO Retreat

You don’t have to lead alone

This retreat is for CEOs who hold two realities: big problems that demand answers, and the conviction that their own transformation in Christ is the key to leading through them.

Join leaders who hold both and see what makes this retreat different.

A Different Kind of Retreat

Gain a new perspective and plan

You don't need another conference. You need space to think, people who get it, and clarity on what's next. This retreat brings all three; through real conversations, time with God, and a process that helps you leave with more than inspiration.

Journey with Christ-followers who know what you carry.

You'll build lasting relationships with a small circle of CEOs who understand the weight of leadership, who desire to honor God in their business, and are committed to their own growth. This isn't networking. It's the expanding of your  community of leaders who walk the same Journey.

Experience breakthrough that changes how you lead.

You'll be invited to go beneath the surface to the beliefs, values, and patterns that shape your leadership. This inside-out work creates the capacity you need to lead through complexity, not just manage it.

Hear from God on what matters most.

You’ll have space to listen to God and to yourself on the questions you've been too busy to sit with. Through coaching conversations and time to reflect, you'll gain clarity on how God is leading you in your business and in your family for His Kingdom.

Return with clarity on your next steps.

You'll bring your biggest challenges and leave with specific, actionable insight. This is not because we gave you answers, but because you discovered them through the process. You'll return to work knowing what to do and why it matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unlike conferences, this retreat is intentionally small, discussion-driven, and confidential, with deep dives, peer exchange, and facilitated conversations rather than presentations. All this through a lens of what it means to lead your business in a Redemptive manner focused on God’s Kingdom. Path & Way’s Redemptive Coaching approach combined with real relationships will make this retreat different!

  • As we get closer to the event, we will send out a final agenda. In the meantime, what can you expect from the event? You can expect a very personal and intimate event focused on community, problem solving and journeying together. Mix that in with some competitive Cornhole, a fast paced team activity and powerful conversations which should all make for a unique experience.

  • The retreat is designed to be an intimate setting. Sessions will be led by Path & Way’s Co-Founders and will focus on interactive, powerful conversations rather than traditional keynote presentations.

  • This retreat is designed for CEOs (and in some cases founders or managing directors) who are kingdom-minded leaders desiring to create kingdom-minded businesses and have significant operational control over their organization. Attendance is limited to 5 people, which allows for a high-trust, high-value experience.

  • Clarity, perspective, meaningful peer connections, and actionable insights you can bring back to your business and leadership role. We believe the retreat is the start of a new journey, and we want to walk alongside you. Next steps will be outlined at the end of the retreat.
